Summary
This study tests whether adding enobosarm to the weight-loss drug semaglutide helps people aged 65 and older lose more weight while keeping their muscle strength and physical function. About 200 participants will receive either the combination or semaglutide alone. The goal is to improve weight loss and prevent mobility decline.
