Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called enobosarm to a common weight-loss medication (semaglutide) helps people aged 65 and older lose more weight while preserving muscle and physical function. About 200 participants will receive either the combination or semaglutide alone. The goal is to improve weight loss and mobility without sacrificing strength.
