Summary
This study tests whether oils from echium and ahiflower plants can raise omega-3 levels in the blood as effectively as fish oil. Fifteen healthy adults will try each oil for 8 weeks, with blood tests before and after. The goal is to find a sustainable, plant-based alternative to marine oils for heart health.
