First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether special wraps made from human placental membrane can help heal diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers that won't close on their own. About 50 adults with diabetes or venous disease will receive weekly applications of one of four placental membrane products plus standard care for up to 12 weeks. The main goal is to see how many ulcers fully close during that time.
