Summary

This study looks at whether eating pistachios as a snack can help overweight and obese adults burn energy more efficiently. Researchers will compare four days of pistachio snacking to four days of normal eating in 60 healthy but overweight participants. The goal is to see if pistachios improve metabolism at rest, during exercise, and after exercise.
