First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two oral drugs, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, can help control mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. About 30 adults with confirmed MCL will take both pills and be monitored for tumor response. The goal is to see how many patients respond, not to cure the disease.
