Summary

This study compares a new method called PIPAC, which delivers chemotherapy as a spray directly into the abdomen, with standard chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer. The goal is to see if PIPAC can better shrink tumors before surgery. About 60 adults with high-grade serous ovarian cancer will take part.
