Summary

This study tests a new method called PIPAC, which delivers chemotherapy as a spray directly into the abdomen, for people with advanced ovarian cancer. The goal is to see if it works better than standard chemotherapy given through a vein. About 60 adults aged 18-70 with high tumor burden are being recruited.
