Summary
This study tests whether dry needling—a technique where thin needles are inserted into muscles—can reduce pain and improve quality of life for people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will also check if the approach is practical and acceptable. The study includes 42 adults, some healthy and some with back pain, to compare effects.
