First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called PIMO (MHS-1031) can help people with GERD who still have heartburn despite taking standard acid-reducing medication (PPIs). About 247 adults will receive either PIMO or a placebo for 8 weeks, and researchers will track how many days they go without heartburn. The goal is to see if adding PIMO to PPI therapy can improve symptom control.
