Summary
This study tests a new training program (Learning Collaborative) for bilingual school-based mental health providers. The goal is to see if this training helps them better deliver a group therapy program called STRONG to newcomer middle school students dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. About 70 providers and school leaders will participate, and the study will measure how well the training works and if it improves student well-being.
