Summary
This study looks at healthy women aged 20 to 45 to see if those who regularly do Pilates have better core stability, balance, and flexibility than those who are sedentary. Researchers will measure muscle control, endurance, and balance using simple tests. The goal is to understand the physical benefits of long-term Pilates practice.
