Summary
This study tested whether Pilates or circuit exercise could help pregnant women with high blood pressure (gestational hypertension) improve their blood pressure and cholesterol levels. 69 women aged 25-35 with a BMI between 30-35 took part. The results will show which type of exercise is more effective for managing blood pressure during pregnancy.
