Summary
This study looked at whether Pilates or aerobic exercises better reduce menstrual cramps in young women with primary dysmenorrhea. Thirty-two women aged 18-25 with regular cycles and normal weight took part. They did either Pilates or aerobic exercises for 8 weeks, and researchers measured pain levels and quality of life before and after.
