First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether Pilates or moderate aerobic exercise helps new moms lose pregnancy weight more effectively. Over 8 weeks, 30 women who are 6 to 24 weeks postpartum will do either Pilates or aerobic exercise three times a week. Researchers will measure changes in weight, BMI, and waist-to-hip ratio to see which exercise works best.
