Summary
This study will test whether combining Pilates with resistance training can reduce pain, disability, and sleep problems in people with chronic low back pain. 110 participants will be split into three groups: one doing both Pilates and resistance training, one doing Pilates alone, and a control group receiving usual care. The program lasts 8 weeks, with follow-up at 16 weeks.
