Summary
This study looked at whether doing Pilates exercises can ease the pain and other symptoms of painful periods (dysmenorrhea). Fifty-six women with period pain took part. The researchers measured pain, fatigue, sleep quality, and other symptoms to see if Pilates made a difference.
