Pilates vs. standard therapy: which eases back pain better?

Summary
This study looks at whether Pilates can improve posture, core strength, and flexibility better than standard therapy in young people aged 18-25 with non-specific low back pain. Fifty participants will do either Pilates or conventional exercises three times a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in posture, core strength, and flexibility before and after the program.
