Summary
This study is testing whether adding mat Pilates exercises to standard physical therapy helps school children with poor posture and related pain. Researchers will compare two groups of 14 children each, aged 8-16, to see if the Pilates group experiences better posture alignment and less discomfort. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common musculoskeletal issue in kids.
