Pilates prescribed for Kids' aching backs and necks
NCT ID NCT07244068
Summary
This study is testing whether adding mat Pilates exercises to standard physical therapy helps school children (ages 8-16) who have poor posture and pain in their neck, shoulders, and back. Researchers will compare two groups: one doing Pilates plus therapy, and one doing therapy alone. They will measure changes in posture angles and pain levels to see if the Pilates group improves more.
