First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will test whether a 16-week Pilates program can improve quality of life, reduce pain and fatigue, and boost emotional well-being in 50 women currently undergoing breast cancer treatment. Participants will do light-to-moderate Pilates exercises twice a week. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise helps with common treatment side effects like tiredness, muscle loss, and anxiety.
