Pilates program aims to ease pain and fatigue for breast cancer patients

Summary

This study will test whether a 16-week Pilates program can improve quality of life, reduce pain and fatigue, and boost emotional well-being in 50 women currently undergoing breast cancer treatment. Participants will attend two 60-minute Pilates sessions each week. The goal is to see if gentle exercise can help manage common side effects of cancer therapy.
