Summary
This study is testing a new AI tool called PICTURE that helps doctors and nurses spot early signs that a child's condition is worsening in the hospital. The tool gives alerts and scores that the care team reviews during rounds and handoffs. The goal is to see if the team follows the alerts at least 80% of the time. No patients or families need to sign up—only the hospital staff are being studied.
