First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests three approaches to help older adults with HIV become more physically active: coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy for barriers like low motivation or pain, and a Fitbit-based social support program. About 196 participants will wear a Fitbit to track steps. The goal is to see which combination works best to increase daily activity.
