Summary

This study looks at whether changing people's automatic, unconscious feelings about exercise can help them become more active. Researchers will work with 120 adults who are overweight and currently inactive. Participants will wear a Fitbit and answer quick smartphone surveys to measure their hidden attitudes toward physical activity versus sitting still.
