Summary
This study looks at whether changing people's hidden feelings about exercise can help them be more active. Researchers will work with 120 overweight or obese adults who currently exercise less than 60 minutes per week. Participants will use a smartphone app and wear a Fitbit to track their activity and attitudes in real time.
