First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether a brief online physical activity group, using motivational interviewing, is practical and acceptable for peri- and post-menopausal women working full-time. Twenty-two women were randomly assigned to the online group or a control group. The main goal was to see if women would join, stay, and find the program helpful, with early signs of increased activity.
