No time to pause: exercise study targets menopause and blood pressure in hispanic women

Summary
This study will test whether a physical activity program can improve health and well-being in midlife Hispanic women who have high blood pressure and are going through menopause. About 40 women aged 45-50 will take part. The goal is to see if the program helps them be more active and feel better during this transition.
