Summary

This pilot study tests whether a pharmacist-led program can help adults aged 45 and older who have COPD and at least one other chronic condition. Participants will receive inhaler training and medication advice to improve safety and reduce shortness of breath. The study focuses on whether the program is practical and acceptable, and also looks at early signs of benefit like fewer medications and better symptom control.
