Summary

This study tests a new injectable drug called PG-102 in 80 adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants will receive either PG-102, a placebo, or an approved drug (semaglutide) for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if PG-102 lowers blood sugar (HbA1c) better than placebo, and also check its effect on body weight.
