NCT ID NCT07104292

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether doing pelvic floor muscle exercises during a first pregnancy can reduce the chance of bladder leakage and other pelvic floor issues after giving birth. About 734 first-time mothers will be assigned to either a training program or standard care. The main goal is to see if the exercises help keep the pelvic floor strong and prevent problems like incontinence and organ prolapse.
