First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special PET scan can predict if the drug T-DM1 will work in people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread. Ten women with metastatic breast cancer received a radioactive tracer to see where the drug goes in the body. The goal is to help doctors identify who will benefit from treatment before starting it.
