NCT ID NCT06459791
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced breast cancer whose current treatment has stopped working. Researchers will take a small sample of the tumor and grow it in the lab to create a 'tumorogram'—a test that shows which drugs might work best. Based on the results, doctors will choose the next treatment and track how well it controls the cancer for up to 6 months. The goal is to see if this personalized approach leads to better tumor shrinkage compared to standard care.
