Summary

This study aims to understand why older adults respond differently to the same foods. Researchers will collect detailed health data from 250 healthy seniors aged 60-75, including blood tests after meals, physical assessments, and lifestyle questionnaires. The goal is to identify patterns that could one day lead to personalized nutrition advice to support healthy aging.
