Summary
This study aims to understand why older adults respond differently to the same foods. Researchers will collect detailed health information from 250 healthy participants aged 60-75, including blood tests, physical assessments, and lifestyle questionnaires. The goal is to gather data to help design future personalized nutrition plans that support healthy aging.
