Summary
This study tested whether personalized motivational messages sent via apps like WhatsApp could improve thinking skills and physical activity in lung cancer survivors who have memory or concentration problems. 124 survivors wore activity trackers and received custom messages for three months. The goal was to see if this approach helps their cognitive function and quality of life better than standard care.
