First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a personalized lifestyle plan—including exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and social engagement—can improve muscle, immune, and cognitive function in adults aged 50 to 85. Twenty-five participants will follow their own plan for about three months. The goal is to see if this approach can help people stay healthier as they age.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- Lifestyle management (personalized exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, and social engagement plan)
- What this could lead to
- If it works, this could show that a tailored lifestyle program helps older adults stay stronger and sharper longer.
- What could go wrong
- This is a very small early study with only 25 people and no control group, so results may not apply widely. Lifestyle changes can be hard to stick with.
