Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized plan of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes can improve muscle strength, immune health, and thinking skills in adults aged 50 to 85. Twenty-five participants will follow their own tailored plan for about three months. The goal is to learn how to promote healthier aging.
