Summary
This study tests whether a personalized lifestyle plan—including exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and social engagement—can improve muscle, immune, and cognitive function in adults aged 50 to 85. Twenty-five participants will follow their own plan for about three months. The goal is to see if this approach can help people stay healthier as they age.
