Mayo clinic tests custom drug cocktail to target lingering brain tumor cells

NCT ID NCT07025226

Summary

This early study is testing whether a personalized combination of four drugs can safely help control glioma (a type of brain tumor) that has come back or remained after previous treatment. The approach uses regular scans and fluid tests to guide which drug combination might work best for each of the 10 adult participants. The main goal is to see if this personalized, test-and-adjust method is practical and safe, not to cure the disease.
