Summary
This study tests a personalized monitoring and treatment plan for 1000 people with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) who have had their colon removed. The goal is to see if tailored check-ups can keep the rate of advanced polyps or cancer below 5% over 5 years. Participants will receive regular scope exams, and any polyps found will be removed right away.
