Summary
This early-phase study tests a personalized DNA vaccine made from each patient's unique tumor mutations, given together with an immunotherapy drug (retifanlimab) that helps the immune system attack cancer. The trial enrolls 27 adults with a fast-growing type of glioblastoma that has not been treated yet. The main goal is to check safety and measure the vaccine's ability to trigger a targeted immune response against the tumor.
