Summary
This study is testing a new approach to diagnose the cause of chest pain. It aims to see if using specific risk calculation models can safely reduce the number of patients who need advanced heart scans, without harming their health or quality of life. The study will also test a new, non-invasive finger-tip device that measures tiny blood vessels, which might help identify heart-related blood flow problems.
