Genetic test may guide better chemo for pancreatic cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether using genetic signatures from a liver biopsy can help doctors choose the best first chemotherapy for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. About 85 participants will have their treatment selected based on these genetic markers. The goal is to see if this personalized approach improves how well the cancer shrinks or disappears.
