Could custom blood pressure goals save more hearts?

Summary
This study looks at whether setting a personalized blood pressure goal based on a patient's vein pressure can improve survival and reduce organ damage in adults with cardiogenic shock, a severe heart condition where the heart can't pump enough blood. About 406 participants will be randomly assigned to either standard care or a tailored blood pressure target. The goal is to see if this personalized approach lowers the risk of death, need for heart support devices, or severe kidney failure.
