Could custom blood pressure goals save more hearts?

Summary
This study tests whether setting a personalized blood pressure goal based on each patient's condition improves outcomes for adults in cardiogenic shock, a life-threatening state where the heart can't pump enough blood. About 406 participants will be randomly assigned to either standard care or a tailored blood pressure target. The goal is to see if this approach reduces death, need for heart support devices, and severe kidney failure.
