NCT ID NCT07287358

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tests whether setting a personalized 'optimal' blood pressure for each patient with severe traumatic brain injury reduces brain damage compared to standard fixed targets. Researchers will enroll 60 adults in the ICU and measure brain injury markers in the blood over five days. If successful, this approach could transform how intensive care is delivered after brain injury.
