Summary

This early-phase trial tests a personalized, accelerated radiation schedule for people with locally advanced lung cancer. The goal is to see if giving higher daily doses over a shorter time is safe and can control the tumor. About 45 participants will receive this tailored radiation along with standard chemotherapy.
