Summary
This study aims to develop a personalized immune score to predict severe infections in immunocompromised patients, such as those who have received stem cell or organ transplants. Researchers will measure immune cells and pathogen-specific responses before or one month after transplant. The goal is to identify patients at high risk for infections, allowing for tailored monitoring and treatment. The study involves 150 adult and pediatric transplant recipients.
