First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 41 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a mild electrical current (neurostimulation) along with ultrasound can make nerve blocks work better for people having arm surgery. About 82 adults will be enrolled to see if the stimulation speeds up numbness and improves pain control. The goal is to find a simple way to enhance a common pain management technique.
