Pancreatic cancer trial tests best time for chemo: before or after surgery?

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether giving chemotherapy both before and after surgery helps people with pancreatic cancer live longer compared to chemotherapy only after surgery. About 378 patients with resectable pancreatic cancer will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment schedules. The goal is to find the best timing for chemotherapy to improve survival.
