Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for people with a certain type of lung cancer (KRAS G12C mutation) that can be removed with surgery. Before and after surgery, patients will receive a combination of targeted therapy (glesorasib), immunotherapy (ivonescimab), and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach helps eliminate cancer cells and prevents the cancer from coming back. The study involves 32 adults with stage IB to IIIB lung cancer who have not had prior treatment.
